* Create an event day details list to include all items to be brought and taken home

* Unlimited phone and email advice and answers to questions
* Two certified event consultants to coordinate complete event day

* Meet with clients  to review last-minute direction, questions, concerns 

* Greet vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries 

* Assist  party, family members, guests as needed 

* Ensure all vendors are doing their job according to contracts 

* Welcome guests, pass out programs

* Organization of entire event from start to last dance

* For weddings- Make sure the marriage license is signed and given to the officiant. After service, given to Father of the Bride or placed in the bridal hotel room or specified location

* Detail placement of any ceremony and reception items such as guest book, unity candles, place cards, favors, toasting flutes, menu cards and centerpieces

* Provision of complete event  emergency kit  including sewing kit, stain remover, etc
* Gather and take down any and all event personal items and assist with packing so designated family member can secure in car
* Secure cards with person of your choice as soon as reception begins. 
* Distribute final payments and tips to vendors on behalf of client 
$2000.00 deposit at signing of contract; balance due in separate payments with final payment 4 months prior to wedding date.
