*  Addressing envelopes in calligraphy print (100 invitations) stuffing, stamping and mailing invitations (postage additional)
* Create and print any insert necessary for welcome bags such as hotel information for out of town guests and maps
* Create and print custom menu cards or thank you cards, programs and place cards for event (100 of each, additional quantities available and will be quoted at time of design)
* Offer creative and unique style ideas including theme development
* Offer advice on etiquette and protocol 
* Unlimited consultations via in person, phone, fax and email to bride and family
* Venue inspections, menu planning and final walk through
* Coordination of theme/design-selecting the appropriate music (band, DJ, cocktail hour) , entertainment, florals, lighting and linens

* Research qualified vendors based on your budget and taste 
* Review and negotiate contracts for vendors 
* Arrange and attend vendor meetings with or on behalf of bride
* Monitor vendor contractual obligations 
* Track payments and due dates and follow up with confirmations
* Design floor plan layout of event, assist with seating chart
* Create a detailed timeline of entire event day and distribute to vendors 
* Create and manage a event day details list, including deliveries, setup, breaks, meals and breakdown
* Coordinate guest services: travel arrangements, guest gift/thank you baskets (additional charge for baskets), itinerary of events for the weekend, local/tourist  entertainment information for out of towners
* Prepare and package top layer of wedding cake and secure with designated family member.
* Complete coordination of rehearsal, ceremony and reception by two certified event consultants. (first to arrive, last to leave)
* The knowledge and 20 years experience of a professional, certified, accredited and published event planner
* Two Million Dollar insurance liability policy
* $2000.00 deposit at signing of contract; balance due in payments distributed between dates, with final payment due 4 months prior to wedding date.
